Snow promos begin

We called this one! So far today I've received two texts - one from El Chico's offering $5 off $15 purchase on 2-6-11 in the restaurant or to go excluding tax/gratuity, and one from Arby's saying they provide free deliver orders of $50 or more to businesses. These aren't extreme savings . . . but they are early indicators of extreme promotions to come as businesses try to rebound sales lost this week due to the snow.
