Harp's (located on the NE corner of 31st and Garnet in Tulsa) has double coupons (up to $1) through Tuesday, Feb. 22. Their policy is a maximum of three like coupons per transaction but there is no limit to the number of transactions each day. So we stocked up on Borden's cheese (it freezes!).
