Extra income: What do you do?

Yahoo! FinanceTM posted an interesting story today (click here for story) about the creative things that people do to make extra money. The list includes everything from flipping items on eBay and CraigsList to selling plasma to mystery shopping.

Recently I've been cleaning out closets to sell items on www.eBay.com or www.CraigsList.com, preparing for a garage sale, and selling my old, broken gold jewelry (the price of gold is at an all-time high but you have to shop around!) for the best price. Finding an idea to generate income is one thing, approaching it strategically to maximize revenue is another. 

What are you doing to generate additional income? What advice can you share?
