• Marilyn Riggs Estate Sales-Wednesday thru Saturday, March 9-12, 9a.m. opening, 5119 South Lewis, in Fikes Shopping Center, just south of the liquor store.
• Estate Sales Plus - Friday and Saturday, March 11&12, 9a.m . opening, 3203 South Pittsburg Place, Cottage at Methodist Manor.

Estate Sales Plus

We went to Estate Sales Plus sale today, on 57th Street between Harvard and Lewis. I got a ream of green printer paper for $2 and Dana got a ream of lilac for $4....coupons print on any color! As always, the ladies working there were friendly and helpful!

Chico's and Miss Jackson's

We hit the mother lode at today's estate sales. Last Wednesday, the first day of the weekly sale at Estate Sales Plus, I bought two Chico's Traveler's pants, one brown and one black, $4 each (regularly $69 each new). We went back this afternoon - the afternoon of last day of the sale when prices are usually discounted 75% - and I spent $10 for 8 Chico's brand knit tops (regularly $32 each) and a set of three stainless steel mixing bowls. That's a total of $14 for $394 worth of Chico's brand clothes (if bought new). I also bought two Miss Jackson's blouses (perhaps the most exclusive store in Tulsa) - one peach and one brown silk blouse for $1 each. My total purchase was $16 for literally hundreds of dollars of like-new pieces of clothing.
