I bought 30 coupons on Ebay for Nivea Men's Bodywash. I paid $15 for them, each with a face value of $3. They are over $6 each at most stores, but Wal-Mart has them regularly priced for $3! Helmerich Library book sale

The Helmerich Library is having their annual book sale today and Saturday, and there a ton of great hardbacks and paperbacks of all genres. The library is located at 5131 E. 91st Street in Tulsa - which is on 91st between Sheridan and Yale. Hardbacks are $2 and paperbacks are $1. CVS - why we're big fans!

Yesterday I filled my first prescription at CVS, something I probably should have done a long time ago. CVS is one of my favorite stores and here's why.

Looking at the bottom of my receipt, I found the year-to-date numbers of my spending and savings. From January 1 through April 10 of this year, I have spent a total of  $128.41. I have saved $709.09 and earned $168.10 toward more savings through the CVS beauty club. Of course it helps to follow The Extreme Shopper's shopping lists to maximize savings.

We've noticed that different CVS stores tend to have different clearance prices so you may need to visit several to find clearance-priced bargains both on the shelves and in baskets near the front door.

Every quarter CVS awards its customers who are members of its rewards program, the CVS Extra Care Bucks (ECB) rewards program. Today I scanned my CVS card inside the store and received $5 in extra care bucks (ECBs) and $5.50 for the quarterly bonus. I combined that with a $2.95 ECB that I already had, found these items on 50% clearance, and paid 25-cents for everything (and that included tax).
